At DashQ.in, we strive to deliver exceptional software and support to help restaurants operate smarter and more efficiently. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.


1. Subscription-Based Services
DashQ.in provides digital software services on a subscription basis. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer full refunds once a subscription has been activated and the services have been accessed.

However, we may consider partial refunds under certain conditions as described below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • You have not used the platform extensively (no orders placed, POS activity, or menu setup).

  • You request a refund within 15 days of your full payment.

  • There is a documented technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error or duplicate payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after using the service

  • Partial usage of the monthly/yearly subscription

  • Non-usage of features that are already available

  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date


4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but the current subscription period will remain active until its expiration. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.


5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@dashq.in with your account details, payment reference, and reason for the request. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 10-15 business days.
